These coins weigh in at 24.8g (9/13). Going to spray them down and see what happens.
After 2 days, the coins weigh 24.7g.  Encrustation is being removed, but slowly. Most of the top of the head is now visible (though only a small amount seems different in the scans) of the black Fel Temp. The orange ant lhas lost a discernable amount, though there's still plenty there. The Probus (top left in the above scan) has lost much of the green encrustation, and has turned a somewhat greyish.  Some dirt was removed from the coin in the middle of the bottom row in the above scan, the red growth on the large scratch of the obverse was removed, as well as the greenish-brown stuff that was covering the scratches on the reverse. It revealed bare metal yes... but I don't think there was a patina there to begin with, especially by looking at the spot on the obverse. The coin in the middle of the top row has lost both some dirt and encrustation, but still has a ways to go. And lastly, the coin on the right of the bottom row has lost a little dirt and encrustation, and seems to have lost all of the neon green encrustation. Back to soak...
Coins now weigh 24.5g (9/19). Some encrustation loss can be discerned through the scans. Back to soaking.
